IMPORTANT NOTES:

Cogniworld long distance US domestic rate is 3.49 cents per minute for state-to-state calls (the rate may be higher in tier-B and tier-C areas). The calls are billed in 6-second increments with 6-second minimum per call for domestic and 30-second minimum for International calls. Call charges that compute to less than one cent will be rounded up to the nearest cent. Calls terminating to an International cellular phone may be billed in higher rates.

$1.99 monthly billing fee will apply with the "Bill Me" option or "Auto Pay" with monthly paper invoice in any month where usage is lower than $20. Minimum taxes charged are Universal Service Fund at 10.7%, a 3% federal excise tax. Businesses are assessed a PICC charge that varies by state. There are no PICC charges for residential customers. Rates are subject to change anytime without prior notification.

Please note, that even if your number was ported from a wireless provider or a CLEC to an RBOC, it might still fall under Tier C category and would not qualify you for lower rates.
