Those not satisfied with BROADVOX Direct Service, may cancel their account within 14 days of account activation (if less than 250 total minutes of calling time has been used).
All of your cost will be refunded with the expception of the shipping cost. The consumer is responsible for shipping and returning the telephone adapter within 14 days of cancellation.
