At this time we are not able to maintain all existing phone numbers. We are working to bring that feature to you.
Yes in certain available markets, if you are a customer that we do not provide 911 services you will need to pre-activate a speed dial on your phone with 911 on it. In the process of logging in, Broadvox will let you know if they do not provide 911 services for your area.
If you currently do not have service it will not stop you from becoming a customer. When signing up just insert a number as a contact number.
There is a onetime charge of $29.95 billed with your first month of service.
As a standard feature your Broadvox Direct phone number will receive faxes and email them to you as an attachment to your email account. Additionally you can forward these faxes by simply forwarding your email to other people, Your Broadvox Direct Fax to E-mail is a powerful feature that allows you to retrieve your faxes worldwide.
