What are the International Rates?

To look up any or our domestic or international rates, simply proceed to our online rate lookup utility.

What are the Billing Increments?

The Cogni-Talk Calling Card is billed in 6 second increments with a 1 minute minimum.

Are there connection fees of any kind?

The ONLY connection fee you will ever have is a 52 cent payphone connection fee. This fee is charged by the owner of the payphone, and is industry standard for all calling cards.

Is there another card size other than $20?

The Cogni-Talk Calling Card is only available in $20 increments.

How will I receive my cards?

Once full payment has been received, we will email you the dialing instructions and PIN numbers you will need to make calls using Cogni-Talk. No physical card will be sent to you.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, checks, money orders, wire transfer and PayPal. Payment instructions can likewise be found on our order form.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?

If you have any type of problem, feel free to use our 24-hour Help Desk (you will be provided with the number upon order completion).

When does the Cogni-Talk card expire?

The Cogni-Talk card expires in 6 months from first use.
