How are funds addes to my account?
You can now choose to add funds to your iConnectHere account through the intreactive members center or via telephone.
To add funds to your account through the intereactive members center, please select 'Add Funds' from the right hand side of the navigation bar.
If you would like to update your personal or credit card information please select 'My Account' from the top navigation bar.
Payment takes the form of pre-payments from your international credit card. You can choose between increments of $10, $25, $50. The increment you choose (plus any promotional bonus where applicable) becomes your starting balance, all usage charges or monthly service charge is deducted from that balance.
Please note that upon registration we activate $6 of your charge, not including calling plan charges.
Following the initial 30 hour period and after the charge has been authorized by our Billing Department, the remainder of the charge is released. This security procedure is applicable to first charges only.
Please understand that the purpose of this procedure is to protect our customers from fraudulent use of their credit cards.
For your convenience you can now Add Funds to your iConnectHere account by phone.
Just follow these simple instructions:
-Dial 1-800-428-4316 to enter the system as you normally would to make a phone-to-phone call.
-Enter your User ID and Password.
-Listen to all the options; you will be given a new option to Add Funds.
-Dial 2# to Add Funds.
Then just follow the prompts. You can either continue by dialing 1# or opt not to Add Funds by dialing 9#.
If you choose to continue, you will be able to Add Funds in one of several increments between $10 and $50. You will only be able to Add Funds via the phone if it is not your first charge and you have a valid credit card registered to your account.
If you are auto-recharge, adding funds in this way will count as your new recharge.
All charges are in US dollars per minute. Contact your credit card company regarding currency exchange policies. Your credit card will be charged the equivalent in your country's currency.
