RATES

CogniState long distance US domestic rate is 3.45 cents per minute for state-to-state calls (the rate may be higher in tier-B and tier-C areas). The calls are billed in 6-second increments with 6-second minimum per call for domestic and 30-second minimum for International calls. Call charges that compute to less than one cent will be rounded up to the nearest cent. Calls terminating to an International cellular phone may be billed in higher rates.
