RATES
Opex long distance US domestic rate is 2.95¢
per minute for business and residential accounts
for all state-to-state calls (the rate may be higher in tier-B and tier-C areas).
The calls are billed in 6-second 18 seconds minimum (30 seconds minimum for international calls) increments for
business and 60 seconds increments for residential service.
