The rates may vary depend on your location. Please select the location you are calling from:
All calls billed in 6 second
increments - 60 second minimum. There are NO connection
or service fees! The charge per minute is first multiplied
by the total duration of your call and the resulting amount
is then rounded upward to the nearest cent.
NOTE TO CELL PHONE USERS
Although access to our system is available from your cell phone
through the CST Dial-Around toll free numbers, your cell phone provider
may/or may not charge you AIR TIME and other CHARGES. Cognigen is not
responsible for the particular contract items related to what your cell
phone provider is allowed to charge. Please make sure you know what your
cell phone service plan states regarding this issue.
ABOUT RATES
Please be advised that in order to maximize
call quality we must sometimes change our underlying domestic
and international carriers. As a result, the cost of our new
routes will be reflected in the rates that are forwarded to you.
For this reason, we would like you to know up front that rates
are subject to change without notice. Please make sure to
check your personalized web page for the latest rates. CST takes
rate changes seriously and will only make them if absolutely necessary.
TAXES FOR US RESIDENTS
There are no monthly fees or hidden costs.
However, there are two taxes that CST is required by law to charge.
The first is a 3% Federal Excise Tax charged to US residents only.
This is based on the monthly invoiced amount. For more information
please read IRS TAX FORM 720. The second is a 9.2% Universal Service
Fund Tax charged to all US resident telecommunications customers.

CST does not profit from the collection of taxes. Federal Excise Taxes
are collected by CST and passed on to our good friends at the United
States Internal Revenue Service... Universal Service Fund Taxes are
collected by CST and passed on to our other friends at the Universal
Service Administration ( Part of the FCC ).
HOW THE USAGE LIMIT WORKS
Whenever you come within 90 percent of your limit your CogniDial account
is MARKED to be charged. Your card will not be charged right away. CST processes
credit card charges several times in a day. Payment processing can take up to 8 hours.
If you exceed your limit before we can charge your card, only that particular ANI
line will be temporarily deactivated until payment has been processed successfully.
To avoid temporary deactivation we strongly suggest that you increase your ANI limit
to the estimated monthly usage amount. In addition, if your ANI Line Usage limit is
too low you may end up with multiple charges to your credit card for a single month.
